Very impres...Your goals are lofty and challenging. Very impressive. I was wondering about your knees too. Pounding the pavement is pretty hard on them. I'm sure you can do it but cutting 10 minutes off your mile swim seems impossible to me. You've already got it pretty lean, haven't you? Singing lessons - GRAND idea.
